Running 8.1.3 (tried in 8.1.5, too) we've created an attestation policy to handle these situations when an administrator removes an user from one organization. All the attestation background has been setup properly for this case, so when it's triggered, the affected user needs to attest this action. In fact, if the users logs in the web portal, the notification bell is activated, there's one certification pending but when the user clicks on that option, the following form says "There are no pending certifications". However, if the user logs in the system with Manager, the pending certification is there, and can be dealt with by her/him.
We've made no changes to the VI_Attestation module in the web designer. Anyone has any ideas? At first I thought there were application roles missing for the affected user but the process can be carried out flawlessly in Manager , but not in the web portal.
