One Identity Manager Service issue

Question

Hi, 
 i remotely installed the One Identity Manager service on another machine via Designer, the service is up and running with a service account, but in the launchpad i still see the orange triangle that tells me i have no job server installed, and also i can't see the job server in the job queue. 
 I followed the instructions, so i don't know what my issue is. 
 Can someone help me?

Hi,

Have you checked on the server where you deployed the service that it's running? Is the job service configuration complete? Is there a queue name that's correct and matches what exists in the database?
