Request Properties 8.2

Hello request properties' fields with the new definition does not show up in the new web portal (8.2 version). Is there any solution for that problem?

Are the properties configured to have the parameter type User prompt?

I assume you just need to configure it correctly. The new type of request properties are only supported in the new HTML5 based Web Portal (API Server based). They are not supported in the legacy Web Designer portal.

Im trying to access the properties from the API server based web portal, something like https://<myserver>/ApiServer/html/qer-app-portal/#/

What is the exact issue? The properties are working in the API Server portal in 8.2.

whilst i have assign request properties on the service item and the product category, the only thing im seeing in web portal is some default fields (priority, Valid From, Valid Until:
