When an employee becomes InActive, the exchange disabled process does not triggered. It listens DELETE item. But we keep the mailbox data in the database. So we don't want to delete physically. But in my opinion; the process triggers if only the mailbox physically deleted... What is the product goal and behavior for Disable Mailbox? Our workaround is: We add a step which run powershellcode and we execute Disable-Mailbox PS code. But custemer wants to use connector not Powershell. So we need to understand exact logic here. I know the deffered deletaion parameter also. But we souldn't delete physically the mailbox. So is there a way to trigger the process Disable Mailbox ? (Ex0_2010_EX0Mailbox_Disable). If it is the right process...
