The bodies for the rich mail templates are stored in the DialogRichMailBody.RichMailBody as HTML and the subjects in DialogRichMailBody.RichMailBody. Feel free to export these as you please, but you might miss some images which are stored in DialogRichMailImages. There is no ootb bulk export mechanism.
I already tried DialogRichMailBody.RichMailBody option but it is giving output including Variables, However, we need to export these mail templates in Preview format like we can see from 'Open Preview' option in Designer.
Thanks for confirming that there is no OOTB bulk export.
It would be great if this can be added as an enhancement.
How should the system do the export with the variables replaced in bulk? You would need to select a sample object for each and every report you would want to export. The system wouldn't know how to replace the variables without them.

Agree, this can be added as an option in OOTB mechanism (in case it will be available in future) to select a sample object for variables. Most of the variables are common in multiple templates like user, role etc.
If this works, it will confirm that variables are working correctly and would generate a user-friendly report. This report will be mainly required by stakeholders for review and recommendation purpose to ensure all mail templates are inline to business standard. And mostly these stakeholders know minimal about Identity Manager variables.
