We have connected Service Now using starling connect.
We have successfully synchronized Users and groups into One identity but when synchronizing memberships we are getting error.
When I analysed error I found that there are some Service Now groups on which same ID of the user is appearing 2 times and because of this we get below error.
[1777018] Error running synchronization project (SCIM Synchronization (CONNECT-SUPERVISOR.CLOUD.ONEIDENTITY.EU - SNOW - DEV))'s workflow (Initial Synchronization).
[1777124] Error running synchronization step (Group) of synchronization configuration (Initial Synchronization (Initial Synchronization)).
[1777239] The mapping rule (vrtMember members~vrtIDandType) was unable to run synchronization between system objects (Web Platform Team) and (CN=5c01b819db6f7ac4a336789dae961939,O=Group,DC=connect-supervisor.cloud.oneidentity.eu/.../scim) successfully.
[1777182] Error resolving references of property (members~vrtIDandType@Group) for system object (CN=5c01b819db6f7ac4a336789dae961939,O=Group,DC=connect-supervisor.cloud.oneidentity.eu/.../scim).
[System.ArgumentException] An item with the same key has already been added.

I tried to configure workflow by selecting continue on erorr but still I get same error.

Do you have any idea how to resole this or only way is to get data fixed on SNOW side.
