During multiple projects I have been working on a custom ServiceNow connector. I published the work on GitHub as an open source project, see the installation documents. The project is a work in progress but currently provides the synchronization of users, groups and memberships, roles, service catalogs, requests, incidents etc. Out of the box you can provision user accounts, group and group memberships, service requests, incidents, locations etc. The project is based on a fork of the Microsoft Graph API code and a PowerShell connector build on top of it. The transport files are created on One Identity Manager 9.1 and the schema is based on the out of the box San Diego version of ServiceNow.
