Links to products in the new Webshop.

I would like to send links to specific products in the new web shop. As it currently stands this feature is currently not available in the new web shop.

Dear IDM-Team is this functionality planned for any near releases of the Web Shop?
If so when can we expect it?

    Hi ,

    If you have a UID for a product and all you want to do is send a link to that product, then you can do this with 9.2.1. Quoting the release notes:

    In the Web Portal, it is now possible…

    If you have a UID for a product and all you want to do is send a link to that product, then you can do this with 9.2.1. Quoting the release notes:

    In the Web Portal, it is now possible to set a link to the requests page whereby a specific service category or a specific product is opened.

    To do this, use the URL parameter /#/newrequest/allProducts?serviceCategory=<service category UID> or /#/newrequest/allProducts?serviceItem=<service item UID>

    As for creating a link from the UI, that part is still on the backlog.
