Set Default Password

Question

Hi everyone,
I would like to know, if it is possible, where set an equal password for all employees created in the MANAGER.
It must not be a random password but always the same.

Are you manually creating Employees in Manager? Or are they being imported on a regular basis with an import? If it's manual you could enter the same password each time, but I suspect you're not doing this. There are different ways to do this depending on your process and business reasons.
