Duplicate ADSAccount Objects

Some accounts are mysteriously being duplicated in IDM pointing to the ObjectGUID and SID of the original object, however not existing in IDM, not following the cause, has anyone experienced this or know of a solution? If so, what would be the best way to fix it?

Just so I understand, they are being created a duplicates in the database, but not in AD, correct?

A good place to start is to look at the XUserInserted value - was it the DB user of the sync?

Are you using OOB mapping rules?

The duplicate account doesn't has account definition, but has the same GUID and SID as the account with account definition.

The XUserInserted is SA

Yes, we using the OOB mapping

The client's version is 8.2.1
