While configuring SSO for One identity manager 9.1 (On Demand) with PING Identity, the required configuration parameters were filled and tested in both OneIm and Ping side but we are facing authentication issue. The error message is given below:
The authentication process could not be completed. Contact your system administrator if the problem persists.
An error occurred while processing your request. Check the application log files or contact the system administrator for this website.
While performing the authentication through Postman, we are able to generate the access token successfully.
Also, we are trying to get the app server logs from One identity, can someone help me to get the process to avail the logs.
