Object field visibility in Azure AD connector target system schema

Hello,

I am working on reading users from Azure AD using the Synchronization Editor Azure AD connector, on version 8.1.5.

I need to be able to read all fields related to a Azure AD user, such as the onPremisesSamAccountName, but cannot seem to get it to be visible on the target system schema.

Would anyone have any ideas what could affect the visibility of the missing fields, and if it could be changed?

Thanks!

  • Support for onPremisesSamAccountName and several more attributes have been introduced with version 8.2.

If the property is not visible in the target system schema in your version, there is no way to add them to the schema that I am aware of.

  • Dear Markus,

In my customer environment version 9.2.1 is installed and I see "OnPremisesSamAccountName" in the list of target system properties for User accounts. But, I would also like to read the same property for Group which is not available in the sync project target system schema.

Is it possible to extend the target system schema and read this attribute from Groups in Azure sync project? I remember this to be an option for SAP sync project, but unfortunately don't see that as an option here.

    Regards,

    Ashish
