One Identity Manager 9. Database in maintenance mode due "Triggers disabled"

Hi all!

After deploying a transport package, the database entered into maintenance mode due "Triggers disabled". The error message looks like

"A system maintenance is running. Contact your system administrator. Reason: Triggers disabled"

I have found a few topics about this issue but all for 8th version and it didn't help.

What is One Identity Manager Maintenance Mode? (4345487)

How to return the database back from this mode?

So you ran through all 3 steps mentioned in the KB article and you still get the error?

    We solved the issue. Restarting of the JobServices helped us. Thank you!
