ITShop Administration Guide, “Approval by the chief approval team” says that if a member of the chief approval team is identified as a regular approver for an approval step, they can only make an approval decision for this step as a regular approver.
So that means that if a person is both regular approver and chief approval team member, the approval made by the person should be recorded as PWODecisionHistory.RulerLever = 0 (regular approver), not 2 (chief approval team), correct? Strange, we always get 2 here. Please suggest.
We use 9.0 LTS CU1.
