Custom process email reminder

There is OOB functionality for that based on setting the config parm QER\Attestation\MailTemplateIdents\RequestApproverByCollection.

Take a look at the docs for RequestApproverByCollection.

Thank you for your response we have tried that already, but the thing is that the single mails will be disable.

Is there another way to do it without disabling the single mails?

Well I haven't done that myself ..... perhaps look at the generating conditions and the processes that do the bulk mailing and replicate that in your custom process.

Hi Barry, we encountered some error within the jobqueue, its says "ErrorMessages" [System.FormatException] The specified string is not in the form required for an e-mail address. Would you know if what is the cause of the error? Thank you so much

The error "The specified string is not in the form required for an e-mail address." hints to the fact that the email address (of the recipients) is not a well-formed email address.
