What permissions and to whom are needed for AD home creation?

Hello everyone, 
 I'm trying to enable automatic home creation when an Active Directory account is created. The process is correctly triggered but then I get an error saying "[System.UnauthorizedAccessException] Access to the path '[[ADDomain]]\[[CentralAccount]]\Documents' is denied." 
 I'm assured the path I have is correct, and also when I tried different paths I got an error saying the path I requested was inexistent. 
 The user we use to authenticate on the AD connector has all the required permissions and can correctly create homes on AD. So what is the user I need to give permission to and which permissions are needed?

Can you change it to a domain account? I would suggest the same one that is being used for the Active Directory connector.

I believe this is tied to the account running the One Identity Manager service. This is the responsible account that attempts to create the home folders.
