Update only active AD account

Hello,

V8.2.1

The changes done on HR account is reflecting on the associated AD account. I want the changes to reflect only on active AD account and not on disabled AD account. Please suggest.

Are the accounts full managed?

You could remove the acct def. (manage levels)

Alternately, update column templates to exclude updates for non active users using AccountDisabled, e.g. if accountdisabled = true then...

It really depends on how you are currently updating the accounts, from Person updates, etc.
