ADSDomain MarkAsOutstanding

Hi everyone,

Every time I run from "Synchronization Editor" > Synchronize mydomain.local in Manager > Active Directory > Target system synchronization:Active Directory mydomain is set as "MarkAsOutstanding" .

I select mydomain.local and run "Reset" but when I run again from "Synchronization Editor" > Synchronize mydomain.local it still returns as "MarkAsOutstanding" .

I can't understand why.

Thank you

  • An object will be marked as outstanding whenever a synchronization occurs. This means that the ADSDomain does not exist in the target system according to the synchronization. If you reset the mark as outstanding flag, then another sync will just set it back. Did something change with the domain controller that we are connected to for that particular sync project?

  • I have another domain and the same thing happens on the other domain:

What has changed is that a trust relationship has been set up between the two domains, nothing else has changed

  • What version of Identity Manager are you using? I would suggest to follow the kb below and enable trace level logging, then reproduce the issue and then look at the studio processor log, this will give more insight into what is happening.

  • Hi Troy , my version is 9.1

I activated the log and reproduced the problem.
This is what I see in the "StdioProcessor.0.log" , log file from yesterday when I did the test:

  • This log is in "INFO" and it shows no issue. At this point it might be easier for you to open a case with support.
