We currently have the Data Governance Edition v9.1.1 and we have integrated some SMB folders.
The folders are also published into IT-Shop. We have implemented for those folders the file access request via web portal.
On the approver side, in the Pending Requests mask, when we try to use the "Select a group" button, we receive the error "No groups were found that match the requested access", even if there are groups available and assigned for the access type that we are requesting.
But VI_PersonWantsOrg_PrefillITShopOrgFinalForGroup script unable to get suitable groups and ended up with error while running function called VI_GetMostSuitableGroupDN. The error is:
"Error: A call to SSPI failed, see inner exception [...] No suitable groups were found."
Into the request showed in Object Browser the field "Additional Data" appears empty.
