UID_Person Head Old Value

Question

Hello Guys, 
 
 When the manager of the outsourced user leaves work, I need to update the manager of the quitting user to the outsourced user. But when the user is disabled, we free up the admin area. When we update, I need to retrieve the old value of the user who quit. Log changes are on. But I can't get the old value. Can u help me for this problem?
