Inactive users not displayed in web portal

Hello All,

We are not able to view inactive users of a particular user type(custom created) in web portal under request properties. Active users of this user type are getting displayed.

For other user types(custom) both inactive and active users are getting displayed under request properties.

Can someone please guide here.

We are using One IM version 8.2

Hi,

This may be due to permissions. Unless the current user has one of the manager or admin groups, the default permissions group VI_4_ALLUSER_LOOKUP will filter on IsInactive=0.

Hi Hanno,

Thank you for the inputs. Yes, it was a permission issue. The manager's are able to view the inactive users now. But we also need members of a custom role to view this inactive users. We have given VI_4_ALLUSER_LOOKUP permission to this custom role but still the members assigned to this role are unable to see the inactive users of the custom user type. Could you please give some inputs regarding this scenario?
