Hi,
When clicking "Assign to new manager" button on Web portal (WebDesigner based) users get error: "You do not have permission to assign a new manager"
I noticed that there have been similar case earlier but it was because of inacitve persons, but in my case those persons are active.
Version is 9.1. but we are still using the old WebDesigner based portal.
Any tips where to start? It have been working, earlier not sure was it broken after version upgrade or in what state it stopped working.
