IT Shop Request Status

Question

Hi Team, 
 We're having issues with the request status in IT Shop. Once request completed, status remains "request" and stuck in "Calculating". 
 Is it something that needs to be configured on the workflow or is it related on the event? By the way, the last step on our workflow is EX (Calls an event). 
 Appreciate your help!

Hi Hana, 
 When you're using the step EX (External approvals) you do indeed need to do some things with the event 'yourself' for it to work. 
 I'm not sure what version you're on but if you go here: https://support.oneidentity.com/technical-documents/identity-manager/8.1.4/it-shop-administration-guide/29 and go to the header 
 Approvals to be made externally 
 there is quite a good explanation of how the external approval works and what you need to do with your external process to advance your workflow.
