Hello,
I've set the mail templates on an approval policy linked to an attestation (Mail template approved and Mail template denied), but these mails are not triggered. The Default Sender is set in the configuration parameters as said in the documentation. All the identities involved in the attestation have an existent mail address and the attestation finishes correctly.
What am I missing to set up the mail notification for approval/denial of attestations?
