We would like to ask if you have a workaround for my issue. We have added a (mandatory) minimum character requirement of 1 for the OrderReason in the web designer.
When trying to request a product, it now requires a mandatory reason. However, the issue arises when adding multiple products at the same time only the mandatory fields of the first item are filled with values. Upon hitting the order button, all
items are submitted, even if they don’t have the mandatory fields filled. Is there any workaround for this?
