Request parameter- inherited value

I would like to know what is the source of the inheritance in the request parameters. Some of the fields, such as 'Mandatory parameter', 'Data type', etc. can be set as Inherited. When I'm using query to find values of those I can not find what is the real value.

How this columns from DIalogParameter table can be corelated with default (inherited) values?

The new request parameters use the same base as the report parameters, but as far as I know, no inheritance is used for the request parameters. Are you at the request parameter level? Then the value next to the editable value is the default value baked into the business logic for the dialog parameters.
