AttestationCase.DisplayPersonHead not up to date with AttestationHistory on the same DecisionLevel?

Hi,

We were reviewing some closed attestationcases and it appears the AttestationCase.DisplayPersonHead does not always equal the AttestationHistory.DisplayPersonHead for the AttestationCase.DecisionLevel = AttestationHistory.DecisionLevel . 

Should we have an expectation that the latest approval/denial be in the AttestationCase itself, or should we always only rely on the latest AttestationHistory for it?
