We are using v9.0 LTS version.
With 8.1 Version, if a System User is provided read-only access (Read-Only Checked), the system User is able to action "Restart Process" and "Re-enable Process Step" options in Job Queue.
With v9.0 LTS, the behavior is not the same. The system User is unable to action (Greyed-out) "Restart Process" and "Re-enable Process Step" options.
This is due to the Introduction of JobQueue_Frozen program function.
Is there a way around to allow read-only users to action "Restart Process" and "Re-enable Process Step" options in Job Queue.
