Can One Identity Manager (or a specific One Identity product) run on OpenShift? If it can be run, which versions is it compatible with?

OpenShift is not on the list of supported environments. If you refer to using the One Identity Manager containers, I strongly recommend using the Windows images. A quick Google search revealed that OpenShift seems to support Windows-based containers. https://docs.openshift.com/container-platform/4.16/windows_containers/index.html

But I cannot comment on any caveats or support issues that might arise using it.
