After creating a new module

1. I have created a new module in web designer for creating bpo users request. Actually the task is to create a request process for creating ,deleting and modifying standard,Tempo and cariparma bpo users which take users from field account that use values from active directory.for only modifying any bpo users mentioned above need to include action field.what to do after creating just a new module named reg 503 for this task.
