Job Queue notification/alert if # of jobs exceeds a threshold?

Is there any way to set up alerting/monitoring on the JobQueueInfo tool to alert administrators if a process exceeds a certain # of jobs?

e.g.  If there are a large number of ADS_ADSAccount_Update/(De-)activate jobs in the queue, we'd want to be notified via email or text.  Or just any processes in the queue by a threshold.

We are currently on Identity Manager v8.2.1 but looking to move to v9.2.1 soon.
