Has anyone encountered an issue with the compliance rule not triggering when user renews a request? The same compliance rule triggers when the user requests for the request, but when they renew the request, it doesn't trigger.
For context, this compliance rule has an SQL statement that checks if the user has a system role assigned to them. If they don't and is requesting a role with an extended attribute assigned, then they should be blocked by the compliance rule. I've checked all the relevant settings but I can't make out what might be the issue. Just wondering if anyone has encountered a similar problem with the compliance rule not triggering when a user renew? And is there a Hotfix for it in Version 9.0 (9.0 v90-167803)?
