Connector CSV error affecting multiple records due to duplicate entry.

I have a CSV connector for our authoritative source. There is a problem with the third-party to employee flow that is supposed to generate an error in the connector's log, but the log shows other people who should be correct and functioning normally.

The error that is supposed to occur happens because there is an active identity that should be deactivated, or the authoritative source is ahead of schedule. However, this ends up affecting other CSV entries and causing a generic error: "not all mandatory properties are defined! missing: firstname lastname."
The error log should accurately reflect the specific identities affected, without including unrelated records.

Here the only one that shoud appearing is Caroline. 

How can I fix this?

  • I'm facing a similar problem... When a user presents an error during the aggregation (for example: user already exist in IDM) some users bellow the table in .CSV are being affected too. When i correct the aggregation problem of the user, all the errors of the users suddenly disappears.
