We are on 9.2.1 version we have a self service approval workflow that basically generates a custom event to trigger a process to provision items like custom mailbox or some guest invites. recently we are receiving complaints from users that their requests are stuck on calculating next step while there is nothing pending for approvals . we have tested this process in dev environment many times and there is no issue , have you faced something like this and what could be a potential issue to look at?
