Manager Target Systems Schronized By

Personally I always try to leverage integration of a custom webservice (custom target system) via the Powershell connector.
Even if it doesn't support synchronization. So you can still make use of all the features provided by the Synchronization Editor.
But then again, it all depends on your use case.
