Report editor - How to change the order of the cultures in the reports?

Hi all,

I have an issue with the report "ATT_AttestationPolicy_AttestationRun_Details_with_history". I created a copy of that report and customized it. The issue is that the report is sent in German and not English when generated by the webPortal and the user does not have the “UID_DialogCulture” and “UID_DialogCultureFormat” fields set. I think this is because when in the report Editor I open the  Globalization Editor, the first culture set by default is "de" and not "en" as in the other reports.

How can I change the order of the cultures? Do you have any idea?

  • I doubt this is the reason as many reports show the culture de first and then en in the globalization editor.

Besides that, in the globalization editor, you should have two arrow icons in the toolbar to arrange the cultures. Try if that solves the issue.

  • Hi Markus, thank you for your reply. Unfortunately the two arrows did not help me. I noticed that the language of the reports is also set according to the “country” field of the person and does not take into account the culture indicated in the emailing process, e.g. when in the process in the address field is indicated test@test.it (en-US). If I also statically set this setting it seems that the process does not take it into account and still sends the email in German based on the country of the user.

How could this configuration be changed so that the process uses the country indicated in it statically?
