ADSContainer - IT operating data

Hello,

I am working with version 7.0 SP1.

1) I would like to know when are applied AD container IT operating data of primary department?

2) Is AD container changed when person is changing primary department? It looks that not, but what is a concept then?

3) Should be IT operating data related to Account definition or ADSDomain?
