Unable to create UNS container

I am trying to create a UNS container in D1IM version 7. got the following error message:

Error applying insert values!
Error executing script 'IV_TSB_4632D4D8FD2DC148B61CBC4F09BA1037'.
Error during execution of 'CheckValues' in logic module 'TSB.Customizer.UNSContainerB'.
UNSContainer are not supported in this UNSRoot.

Please advise, any suggestions? Attached here is the screen shot.
