stuck job queue

Question

I have a job queue stuck in one of my environments. There are over 1,000 tasks in the "ready" state alone! I made sure the database is compiled, that the SQL service agent is running, and that the Quest service is running. Any thoughts as to why this queue is stuck?

Hi, 
 Check JobQueueInfo and find out which queue these jobs are in. 
 
 Then check your job server service configuration and make sure that it has a queue configured to service that queue e.g. 
 
 So for the above you would need a queue called \WPQJS050 and \WPQJS020 
 If you do have a queue configured correctly check the job server state pane in jqinfo for your job server. There are 3 checkboxes: 
 
 If the first checkbox is checked then it means that the job server processing has been stopped for some reason. 
 To start it, select the line for the relevant JS, right mouse click > Start Processing.
