Pre-formated HTML in a mail template

I would like to pre-format some HTML in a script and then include it as part of a larger HTML mail template.  Is this possible?

My requirement is to create a table with a variable number of rows, which doesn't seem possible with the standard controls.

Thanks,

Neil.

  • Hello Neil,

    unfortunately it's not possible.

Every text coming through variables in the mail template will be masked.

That's why you would see the html source code instead of the table in the mail.

    Regards,

    Steffen

  • Take a look at the Template: Attestation - remind approver of all open attestations,

and it's associated script / processes : "VI_SendReminderMailsToAttestors" /"Send summary mail to approvers"

Basically uses regex to replace rows in table with values . . .
