Rising Star: 2025 - Exclusive Networks Ltd (UK)

Five significant relationships from across the EMEA region were short-listed for this award in 2025, but this year Exclusive Networks Ltd (UK) secured this award.

Exclusive Networks is a globally trusted cybersecurity specialist helping to drive the transition to a totally trusted digital world for all people and organizations.

Since being appointed as a Distributor for UK&I, Exclusive Networks have put the "V" in Value Added Distributor, from leading the way with Vertical market messaging, they have created a microsite to elevate the One Identity brand, supporting this with LinkedIn campaigns, Exclusive have been instrumental in enhancing our relationships with existing partners and expanding our reach to new partners, running independent demand generation campaigns for partners and driving certification adoption.

Exclusive Networks has a unique ‘local sale, global scale’ model, combining the extreme focus and value of local independents with the scale and service delivery of a single worldwide distribution powerhouse.

In engagements with One Identity they have produced thought leadership documentation, content and videos. In addition to this their product and marketing teams are also creating point solution (eg Active Roles) messaging to help open the doors to Microsoft focused partners and teams.

Innovation: lBS Schreiber GmbH

Innovation is the heart-beat of our successful partners.   This year, IBS Schreiber, based in the Central region,  is the winner for its work with SAP solutions & their Easy Content Solution (ECS).

Through their diverse business areas, they strive to raise SAP security topics to the highest possible level for their customers who benefit from the range of IBS Schreiber's business areas. They build up in-house expertise by providing training and auditing and consulting services.

As a recognized knowledge partner in the field of SAP security, they work closely with leading institutions and associations to always provide the latest insights and best practices.

IBS Schreiber contributed to the integration deep dive track  @ One Identity UNITE in Prague covering Dynamic SAP Risk rulesets for the Identity Manager. 

Rulesets for SAP form the basis for access controls and authorization processes in the Identity Manager. In addition to the syntax, they also contain documentation and information on the proper handling of risks, which are processed within the risk-based audits in One Identity Manager. This makes them the benchmark for secure authorization administration.  The Easy Content Solution (ECS) from IBS Schreiber contains qualified sets of rules that are transferred directly to the 1IM via API. The special highlight here is that the rulesets from the ECS are automatically adapted to customer specifications before each transfer to the One Identity Manager, which protects customers and partners from the risks of static rulesets.

This year, Devoteam, received direct customer praise for optimizing their Identity Manager system, reducing collaboration hours and IT workload by 95%.

Devoteam's acquisition of the spanish business BeClever has significantly bolstered its identity management capabilities, making its IAM unit the most successful in 2024 along with One Identity technology. The team's expertise and customer satisfaction have been critical factors in this achievement. Despite market challenges, Devoteam enhanced its visibility through a four-city roadshow with One Identity, reaching over 300 attendees.  A standout moment was a customer presentation where a One Identity customer praised Devoteam for optimizing their Identity Manager system, reducing collaboration hours and IT workload by 95%. This success allowed Devoteam to showcase its unified platform while transitioning clients to advanced solutions like IMOD and Safeguard integration.

With a strong presence across EMEA region and with a strategy to expand One Identity products and IAM projects to customers, their expertise is remarkable and it has already been recognized in countries such as Germany or France.

Regional Partner of the Year - Nordics: ATEA

Atea's expert team of Identity and Access Management consultants have made a significant investment in One Identity to provide end-to-end professional services for the following solutions:

• Identity Governance and Administration (IGA)
• Access Management, including Single Sign-On and Multi-Factor Authentication (SSO & MFA)
• Privileged Access Management (PAM)

This year, they have accelerated their skill-up of consultants and are aiming to go from PLUS to the Advanced PLUS partner level for IGA during early 2025, they also accelerated their skill-up and doubled up the number of certified consultants to over 20 and are now engaged in delivering consultancy in several different projects.

Atea have progressed a long way with their goal to increase the business with One Identity through hard work with upskilling, certification and several projects across Sweden and Norway.   They closed several new logo deals and are committed to extending their work with One Identity which is evident from a growth in pipeline.

Regional Partner of the Year – Central Region: IT Design

Our Central region has always delivered outstanding results, and partnerships are a critical component of that success.  This year, the award goes to a partner which have now based their Identity Governance competence and strategy focus on One Identity and which regularly gets stand out praise from our sales rep for their ability to run independently and drive a steady stream of net new sourced revenues. 

For more almost 20 years the team at ITdesign has built up the Austrian market and steadily expanded our market share in the country. They pretty much wrote the book on how partner business should be conducted and what values underpin it. Even more - throughout the years they have actively contributed to developing Identity Manager IGA and for the last few years Safeguard PAM as well.  They are very dedicated and a great team player.

ITdesign are strong in their market - what they do is always solid and their approach is always as a team. They continue to deliver impressive, sourced growth and exemplary execution.

Regional Partner of the Year – UKI: iC Consult

Regional Partner of the Year – Emerging : BRIHTEJA

A bright idea developed into a team full of knowledge and expertise. They advocate a structured and practical approach to solving problems in the field of IT services.  BRIHTEJA specializes in cyber security, focusing on identity and access governance and privileged account management. They help businesses across Europe and the Middle East to protect assets, optimize processes and ensure regulatory compliance.

Their mission is:

• to become the leading company in Slovenia, in the field of planning and providing modern information technologies.
• to become one of the leading companies in the wider region in the field of identity management solutions.

Beyond their consistent revenue contributions to One Identity, they maintain one of the highest numbers of certified engineers in CEE region and actively promote One Identity not only in the local market but across the entire CEE region. Additionally, they have been instrumental in helping us build relationships with Global partners and local Microsoft teams expanding collaborative opportunities.

This year at UNITE in Prague, they increased their visibility through sponsorship, presentation on the main stage, Identity Management: Driving Seamless Integration in OTP banka Slovenia and active participation on the Partner Advisory Board (PAB).

 Regional Partner of the Year – Iberia: SoftwareOne

Regional Partner of the Year – Benelux: The Identity Managers

Business in Benelux for One Identity is a team game with our partners and this year's short-list represents a sub-set of the active partner eco-system.   

This year, Identity Managers deserves to be awarded the "Above and Beyond" category for One Identity due to their unparalleled commitment to tackling the most complex identity environments with precision and enthusiasm. Their expertise and passion for solving intricate IAM challenges make them an invaluable partner for clients with diverse and highly intricate IT landscapes

The Identity Managers have now been working for governments, educational and financial institutions and many other commercial organizations for about fifteen years. Incidentally, challenges with Identity and Access Management and Governance often arise in larger organizations: that is where they have the most experience. During these years, they provided organizational advice and gained practical experience in IAM, but also in the other facets of IT. 

Our teams work very well together and this relationship is growing the Benelux regional business for One Identity. 

Regional Partner of the Year – France: Adunéo

The Regional Partner of the Year award in France goes to Adunéo - with a loyal; honest & long-term partnership between the partner and One Identity in France.  Formed in 2001, identity is the heart of cybersecurity. With their experience and driven by the pursuit of excellence, they have developed expertise in consulting and engineering that supports the digital transformation of companies through identity and access security, collaborative tools, information systems and data protection.

Now recognized as a Platinum PLUS service delivery partner - they are very active and this past year they drove a significant One Identity Manager (IGA) reference during the year, a new logo, ENEDIS.  They were in contact with the customers' contacts during the RFP stage, and provided all the technical demos backed up by our pre-sales.

Additional recent significant wins in France - have continued to shine a positive light on the relationship such that One Identity value this partnership which has grown from strength to strength.

Regional Partner of the Year – Italy: Net Studio

A partner-centric go to market approach in Italy has derived a great partner eco-system that serves the needs of the local Italian market. Five stand-out partners were short-listed but Net Studio was this year awarded the category.

With more than 30 years of experience, they are an industry leader, with 1600+ employees and a large international presence. They take cybersecurity to another level, both in terms of the type of services they offer and the level of involvement, flexibility, innovation and customer proximity that distinguishes the way they work.

Net Studio has demonstrated that they understand the benefits of the One Identity unified identity platform, presenting it to customers as a true value-add and providing guidance & consultancy

Above & Beyond : ITdesign

All five short-listed partners have a long-standing successful relationship with One Identity and continue to grow & expand our partnerships with innovation and commitment.

This year, the winner of the Above & Beyond is ITdesign - based in Austria.   At ITdesign, the team idea "Together everyone can achieve more" is clearly in the foreground, both internally and with customers and partners.

They demonstrate their "Above & Beyond" with the compliance knowledge & understanding of NIS2.   As cybersecurity requirements are increasing, ITdesign supports companies in adapting their IT infrastructures to meet regulatory requirements securely.

Their goal: A lasting and fair partnership at eye level, from which everyone benefits equally.  The solution must be so clear

A long-term relationship for almost 20 years the team at ITDesign has built up the Austrian market and steadily expanded One Identity's market share in the country.

EMEA PLUS Partner: iC Consult (Group)

One of the stand-out award categories is our PLUS partner award which recognizes leadership and excellence in the delivery & implementation of One Identity solutions.

All our short-listed companies have skilled up across the One Identity portfolio and have helped several companies maximize their investments in the technology.

Customer satisfaction is a good indicator of the impact such a partner makes.  But this year, the award goes to iC Consult, who were in fact the first of our partners to achieve the extended PLUS rating.
