Can anyone confirm KB189892 for PM 5.6.3 SPE is working for them?

Question

We are trying to change the Secure Password Extension wording which is displayed on the logon screen. 
 It seems not be working for Windows10 and Windows 8.1. 
 We found the workaround descirbed in 
 https://support.quest.com/password-manager/kb/189892 
 But it does not work in any of our tests... 
 Can anyone confirm it is working for them? 
 What are we missing?

Hi Sebastian, 
 
I've just tested this in my lab and it looks like this text in this policy setting is restricted to 260 characters. 
 
I'll feed this back to dev for a possible future enhancement.

Hi Sebastian, 
 
You may have to change the logon screen language in order to update the display text. 
 
The following KB article has a section explaining how to do this for Windows *.x & 10.
