Disaster Recovery - Password Manager

Our current Production environment for Password Manager is running on a set of 2 servers at main location & 2 servers at the DR location (4 different servers,2 in prod (main location), 2 in DR (alternate location).  Is it possible to use a good back up of our Production configuration that we have exported and import that configuration into the DR environment (separate servers and location) in the case of a disaster and run on that for a period of time without doing a reinstall? And it is possible to do the reverse, export DR configuration and import into Production without doing a reinstall?

We are wanting looking for the quickest way to get back up and running, and doing a reinstall takes time. Any suggestions are appreciated.

#1. DR. I make all servers 2/prod + 2/DR to be in the same replication group. Any configurational change win 2/prod will be replicated on fly to 2/DR. Just hide 2/DR from prod network (do not publish 2/DR URL in DNS, for example).
#2. Backup. For full backup, you will need to backup (a) Server-side: encryption key (http://PMAdmin used to have option to backup configuration in bin file) and backup (b) Client-side - AD\user profiles (comment attribute encrypted hash blob). You can use RMAD, for example, or probably export it into flat CSV.
