Default language for create/update profile

Hi,

i want to change the default language for the first mail that the user get when they are invited to create their profile.

I try the following KB file but it does not work.

Any ideas how to change the language?

    I changed all the following lines in the system.storage file from

    i. <setting name="defaultLanguageId" value="en-US" />
    i. <setting name="defaultLanguageId" value="de-DE" />

    That changed the invitation mail language to german.
