Password Manager 5.7 - Placement of the Cursor on the Authentication Page when using CAPTCHA

Long time reader - first time poster.

I've come across a small quirk on the Authentication Page for Password Manager (v5.7) where if you're using a CAPTHCA, the cursor will always default to the CAPTCHA text box rather than the text box used for the authentication information (say Username or Email Address).

I have tried this in both IE and Chrome, and it behaves the same way. A quick inspection of the page suggests that this is potentially by design; however I think it's not very intuitive and have had several complaints from our end users.

Has anybody else noticed this? Is there an easy solution for it?
