500.19 error when accessing admin site

I get the attached error when trying to access the admin site or any other site.

You may have a duplicate entry in the web.config file mentioned in the screenshot.
See if the text in line 83 appears more than once in the file. If so comment one of the entries out.
Also check the file “QPM.Service.Host.exe.config” for this same entry. If exists in this file you can comment it out and see if that resolves your problem.

Before you modify any of these files make sure you back them up so you can switch back if needed.
