Is the password manager user site the only site that is not working or are all the sites not working?
Are there any errors in the windows event log viewer? On the PM server -> Event log viewer-> application and service logs-> One Identity Password Manager
Also please note that version 5.6.3 is no longer a supported release of the product, therefore please make arrangements to upgrade when possible.
user site not working hence users can't reset there passwords... I will be upgrading the application from 5.6.3 to 5.8.2 so noted your comment in regards to support thanks
