Using Password Manager to reset Identity Manager IT Shop user password

I just started testing Dell One Password Manager, and noticed that it is quite easy to define domain connections.  What about non-domain connections, such as one for Dell One Identity Manager, so that users can reset their IT Shop password?

    Do you really have different password for the One Identity Manager IT Shop? Why aren't you using the AD integrated authentication against One Identity Manager? If you really want to set some passwords in 1IM using Password Manager, you can use the custom activities of Password Manager.

    Thanks for the reply. I was just curious about the possibility. I can imagine a use case where we might be using D1IM/IT Shop to manage users with accounts that are not AD, or where we can't integrate D1PM with a particular AD for a variety of reasons.

    You can use the custom activities to transfer the password to Identity Manager. The custom activities are implemented in PowerShell and i know that some customers have used that to transfer the password to the Identity Manager using either the SOAP or the ReST-API.
