Admin Shared Accounts management

Hi Safeguard Team ,

we have a list of shared accounts (Used by multiple application admins) these accounts keep locked due to password change, also the accounts keeps failing in password change in Dashboard tap and keep sending notifications.

note that I'm using session and password management for these accounts, appreciate your help to mitigate this.

Hi,

If you have enabled Change password after check-in then Safeguard will attempt to change the password after the release check-in or expiry.

However, if the user is not logging off from the session on the target system then that could cause the issue with change password task being attempted by Safeguard while user has not logged off the session.
