Inquiry for Oracle system password check for SPP

Hi All,

The SPP version uses the 6.13.1.x version. The connection test has been completed on the Oracle system, but when you verify the password, you receive a message that it is and invalid password.

i wonder if there are any special characters the SPP does not recognize in the combination of passwords. Please advice.

  • Hi Tawfiq,

    I saw the document posted on the support site. Service accounts are uppercase and managed accounts are lowercase.

    After confirming the password, you will see a message related to special character support.

    i would appreciate it if you could advice if changing to the same uppercase can solve the problem.
